Classic Chicken Seekh Kebab

Description

Ingredients:

Chicken meat (63%), Water, Onion, Breadcrumb (Refined wheat flour (Maida), Dextrose, lodized salt, Preservatives (INS 282), Yeast, Acidity regulator (INS 260)), Soy, Spice & Condiments, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Isolated soy protein, lodized salt, Green chilli, Corinader leaves, Lemon juice and Sequestrant (INS 451(i), INS 450(iii), INS 451(ii)).

ALLERGEN DECLARATION: CONTAINS WHEAT (GLUTEN) AND SOYA

Cooking Instructions:

Pan Fry: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the non stick frying pan and put the thawed (kept out of refrigerator for 20-30 minutes) Achari Chicken Seekh Kebab in the preheated pan on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Cook the Kebabs by turning till internal core temperature is minimum 75°C.

Air fry: Preheat to 220°C and put the thawed (kept outside of refrigerator for 20-30 minutes) Achari Chicken Seekh Kebab Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Shake in between.

Oven: Put the thawed (keep out of Refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes) Achari Chicken Seekh Kebab in a greased non stick pan and heat at 220°C for 6 to 8 minutes. by turning till internal core temperature is minimum 75°C.
