Chicken meat (61%), Water, Onion, Breadcrumb (Preservatives (INS 282), Acidity regulator (INS 260)), Soy, Garlic paste, Green chilli, Ginger paste, Isolated soy protein, Seasoning (Flavour enhancer (INS 621, INS 627, INS 631), Stabiliser (INS 452 (i), Acidity regulator (INS 330)), (Natural & nature identical) Flavouring substances, Natural colour (INS 140), Anticaking agent (INS 551), Corinader leaves, Lemon juice, lodized salt and Sequestrant (INS 451 (i), INS 450(iii), INS 451(ii)).

Cooking Instructions:

Pan Fry: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the non stick frying pan and put the thawed (kept out of refrigerator for 20-30 minutes) Achari Chicken Seekh Kebab in the preheated pan on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Cook the Kebabs by turning till internal core temperature is minimum 75°C.

Air fry: Preheat to 220°C and put the thawed (kept outside of refrigerator for 20-30 minutes) Achari Chicken Seekh Kebab Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Shake in between.

Oven: Put the thawed (keep out of Refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes) Achari Chicken Seekh Kebab in a greased non stick pan and heat at 220°C for 6 to 8 minutes. by turning till internal core temperature is minimum 75°C.
